Santiago Barcon
Director Arteche Global Power Quality Business Unit
Mr. Barcon is an electrical engineer with over 30 years experience in solving electrical power quality problems. He was a co-founder of INELAP, a major manufacturer of reactive compensation and harmonic mitigation products, that was acquired by Arteche in 2005. Santiago is located in Mexico City and is regarded throughout the world as a leading expert in electrical systems power quality and respected for his broad knowledge. He is an IEEE Sr. Member and regular columnist in Energia Hoy, an international monthly publication (Energy Today). -
Gilberto Sousa
Director of North America Power Quality and Energy Control
Gilberto is an Industrial Engineer with MBA and has over 13 years experience in operations management. He has been in leadership positions associated with power quality and electrical distribution products for over 10 years. Gilberto, located in Mexico City, is responsible for the North America Power Quality and Energy Control business unit of Arteche, which includes reactive compensation, harmonic filters and primary distribution products. -
Gary Anderson
President & General Manager, Arteche PQ, Inc.
Gary is a mechanical engineer and has spent over 35 years in leadership roles in both the electrical systems integration and power quality industries. He has extensive experience in motor drive systems especially in the areas of water and wastewater applications. Gary is responsible for power quality business in USA, Canada and Asia. -
Chuck Gougler
Vice President of Sales
Chuck has more than thirty years experience in the application, sales, and marketing of electrical power quality, power distribution and energy management equipment. He has authored technical articles, chaired the IEEE task force on active harmonic filters and is a member of various IEEE committees relating to capacitors, power factor and harmonics.

Tim is a marketing professional with over 12 years of experience in the electrical industry. Tim has authored multiple technical articles, developed training for all levels of personnel, and created marketing collateral for the power quality industry.

Inside Sales / Warehouse Manager
Ed is an electrician and has over 25 years of experience in industrial electrical manufacturing with a special emphasis on inside sales, warehouse management, and global logistics. Ed provides customer support and manages the flow of goods from inventory to assembly and on to their final global destinations. -
Gerardo Carmona
Product Development Engineer
Gerardo is an electrical engineer who has specialized in the field of electrical power quality. He has experience in both harmonic mitigation and power factor correction and is involved in product design as well as field technical support. -
Alicia Molenda
Inside Sales Coordinator
Alicia has over 15 years of customer service experience and is our primary contact for sales order processing. She is also responsible for coordinating domestic shipments, purchasing and all administrative activities. -
Louis Vanden Bush
Engineer – Product Development Support
Louis is an architectural engineer with a specialty in Building Electrical Power Systems. He is involved with product development, documentation and testing. -
